Future Captains,

if there is one thing the captain role teaches you, it is never to be afraid of haters.
There will be many, mind you. Lots of haters vying to steal your pretty little badge. Lots that will do anything to get the power of a school leader. You will find many of your closest friends betraying you because of jealousy and fury. You will find that you are popular, but in a bad way. You will see a lot of your close friends running off with the enemy, because you are apparently a 'show off''. Lots of those you trust within will let out your secrets, rattle out your past.
But, never fear. God is there to guide you to happiness, and to help you take on the hard and tough role of Captain. You will overcome barriers, climb through the thick, tangles vines of jealousy, and maintain your captain role, only if you believe you can. You must never fear haters; they'll do anything just to be like you. Tackle them with glory, tackle them with pride. The captain badge is yours, and its yours for a reason. They picked you, you got it, they didnt. simple. Fight the old friendships, stamp on the fake ones. Coz God and trusted teachers are there, to help you take one step at a time. Peace, love and hope...a captains bestest allies.
